These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ELVTE Market and the digital products sold here. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
We sell digital products (templates, guides, one-sheets, creator lists, and bundles) delivered electronically. Products are delivered as a downloadable file or an access link, emailed to you after a successful purchase.
Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are one-time charges in the currency shown at checkout. You authorize the charge when you complete checkout.
When you purchase a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or business campaigns. Unless stated otherwise for a specific product, you may not:
Download links are time-limited (24 hours) and capped on the number of downloads, to protect against unauthorized sharing. If your link expires or is exhausted, you can request a fresh one from the download page or by emailing us. We are not responsible for an incorrect email address entered at checkout.
Because products are delivered instantly and digitally, refunds are limited. See our Refund Policy for details.
All products and site content remain the property of ELVTE and its licensors. Your purchase grants a license to use the product, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Products are provided "as is". They are tools and templates; we do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from using them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
