Refund Policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so they cannot be "returned." This policy explains when we will and will not issue a refund.

All sales are generally final

Because you receive the product immediately on purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

When we will help

We will review a refund or replacement request if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order;
  • The product is broken, corrupted, or materially not as described, and we cannot fix it; or
  • You never received your download and we cannot deliver it to you.

Before requesting a refund for a delivery problem, please try the re-send option on the download page or contact us — most issues are a quick fix.

How to request

Email support@elvte.biz within 14 days of purchase with your order email and the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first — we would much rather fix it directly than have you file a chargeback. We keep delivery and access records for every order.
