This Privacy Policy explains how ELVTE Market ("we", "us") handles information when you visit our storefront and purchase digital products. We sell downloadable digital goods; you do not need to create an account to buy.

Information we collect

Purchase information. When you buy, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details and billing address. We do not see or store your full card number. We store your email, the items purchased, the amount, and your billing country/region.
Email signups. If you join our list, we store your email address and the date you subscribed.
Usage analytics. We record anonymous product views and clicks, and an approximate location (country/region) derived from your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself.
Advertising & measurement. With your consent, we use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API to measure the performance of our ads. This may share events such as page views, product views, and purchases — including a hashed (irreversible) version of your email and standard cookies — with Meta. You can decline this via the cookie banner, and it never runs before you accept.

How we use it

To process your purchase and deliver your downloads by email.
To provide re-download support and respond to your requests.
To send marketing emails only if you opted in. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
To understand which products are popular and improve the store.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the store: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file storage), SendGrid (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), and, with your consent, Meta (Facebook/Instagram ads measurement). They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails any time using the link in any such email.
Access or deletion. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email us at support@elvte.biz.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and support purposes. Unsubscribed contacts are kept on a suppression list so we do not email you again.
